This exclusive development showcases innovative design, premium finishes, and Montana's natural beauty, providing residents with an unparalleled mountain-lifestyle experience, walkable access to downtown, and year-round outdoor adventures.

Streamline handled zoning compliance, crafted the building's exterior, developed unit layouts and detailed drawings, secured city approvals, coordinated with consultants, and managed construction administration. We collaborated with Hunter & Co. of Kalispell for interior design selections, ensuring a cohesive and luxurious living environment.

Residences feature elegant built-in banquette dining areas, striking custom floating stairs, double-height foyers, and secure parking in the vibrant heart of downtown Whitefish.
