This project was DuTrac’s first new branch office since their rebrand. The building’s design features an inviting double-height entrance into the lobby, with expansive natural light, glass-front offices, and other attractive, modern materials. The project is being used as a prototype for future branch offices. Project scope included demolition of DuTrac’s existing branch office and two other buildings on adjacent parcels. DuTrac was able to remain open on-site during construction through careful site construction management planning and a mobile banking office.
