Orion Technical College

OTC is a vocational college providing diverse training programs for undergrads and graduates. During OTC’s expansion and rebranding in Davenport, we helped design a new facility that combines classroom and learning environments with a space to provide professional services, offering students practical experience to support their future careers.

OTC provides a diverse range of courses, including technology, medical assisting, computer science, massage therapy, and more. Their expanded facilities feature flexible classroom arrangements, hands-on lab environments for HVAC and electronics courses, and massage therapy classes. The design also includes an administrative office space along a mezzanine overlooking the student lounge and library, fostering connectivity among faculty and students. One of OTC's unique features is its integration of learning and practical application. The Spas at Orion, a full-service professional spa within the college, offers a variety of services, providing students with real-world experience in a professional setting.
