Private Housing Facility

We designed this non-profit’s private housing facility to provide residents with a clean, safe, and inviting environment. It’s a modern dwelling space with expansive community spaces and attractive interior finishes.

The building’s secure lower-level features classrooms, community spaces, areas for client services, and a secure parking garage. After being awarded the project through an RFP process, we prepared a conceptual design and marketing packet to the client to help them kick off fundraising for the new facility. We worked hand-in-hand with the organization and contractor to deliver the highest level of quality while remaining under budget.
