RILCO Headquarters

Corporate office and industrial headquarters relocation and expansion within an existing facility.

The existing building was acquired to become the new headquarters for RILCO. The design team achieved a floor plan that would work best for the company’s day-to-day workflow through close coordination with the owner and construction team. This is a full exterior-to-interior renovation of the existing office spaces and a 50,000-square-foot expansion of the warehouse. The office program consists of a mix of standard offices, executive offices, multiple breakrooms, print and file storage, a large training room, and various conference rooms. Daylight played an important factor in the interior spaces, with the design team implementing glazing to allow natural light throughout the entire space. The new aesthetic achieves a very open and industrial office environment to complement the company’s services and products.
